All of my TeddyGruBears are mailed out to you by
Tracked and Insured Postage.
This is due to the fact that no body wants thier beloved piece to be lost or damaged.
I shall supply you with
Tracking Information as soon as your package is sent - that way you can track your package from being sent by me - to you.
I only charge the
exact amount of postage around the world,
NO PROFIT is made via postal charges by me.

How do I Care for my TeddyGruBear?
All TeddyGruBears are made using natural fibres such as Mohair, Alpaca and pure Silk.
This means that you can surface clean (gently) with mild soap and warm water - sparingly - with a clean cloth or sponge.
TeddyGruBears should be displayed out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
All TeddyGruBears can be brushed into a smooth look with a wire brush (such as a gentle Cat brush) or a heavy bristled hairbrush to bring the fur back to its original lustre (Care of natural fur / fibre).
After sponge / spot cleaning, your TeddyGruBear should be allowed to air dry inside, out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
All TeddyGruBears are filled with a mixture of wood wool (excelsior), pure sheep or alpaca wool, some granulate, and are all cotter jointed. They are thus UNABLE TO BE MACHINE WASHED.
Do you make personalised commission pieces?
I accept your personalised commissions for any existing TeddyGruBear designs already available.
Commission Requests are happily accepted under the following conditions.
I will provide you with a quote for your individual commission piece within 1 - 3 days of your request.
You will be required to pay for all individual materials you require to be used (ie: colour / length / type of fur to be used, all individual clothing you require), or other accessories you would like to appear on / with your TeddyGruBear.
Once your quote has been submitted and accepted by you,
you will be required to pay half (1/2) of the total amount quoted for your commission
up front - This ensures that all materials and some working time is covered.
You will be provided with progression photographs along the way.
The balance of payment will be required to be
paid in full, along with postage costs, before your commission piece is mailed out to you.
If you change your mind as to the purchase of your commission once work has begun, all deposits made on your commission piece will be forfeited by you.
Is Layby available to purchase TeddyGruBears?
For any TeddyGruBear over Euro 100. I am happy to take an order in the form of a Layby.
An initial payment of 30% of the purchase price is required for your layby (non-refundable).
Payment in Full is required within 8 weeks of the purchase date.
As soon as Payment in Full, including Shipping costs are paid and cleared, your Order shall be sent to you, insured and tracked.
You will need to contact me directly to arrange a Layby of your Order.
