The Tailor of Gloucester.... an original design from TeddyGruBear..... 100% HANDMADE
The latest addition to TeddyGruBear renditions of Beatrix Potter well loved Characters.
The Tailor has been made with Steiff - Schute (German manufacturer) PURE SILK fur, in a stunning milk chocolate colour.
He is 5 way cotter jointed (neck, arms and legs), and his little legs and arms (including hands and feet) contain jewellers silver wire as armature, so that he is poseable (careful!).
His hands and feet are made with (real) pale brown suede, and his lovely long tail is also real leather.
The Tailor has gorgeous little black glass eyes, and hand sculpted ears and face, with pink highlights on his nose and in his ears, and he has a lovely clutch of black horsehair whiskers.
He has hand made glasses (made of jewellers silver wire) with a little chain attached to them so he cannot loose them!
The Tailor also comes to you sitting on a gorgeous antique French wooden spool, of which holds antique pink French Satin ribbon.
He also comes to you with his hand made "Gloucester Times" newspaper which he holds in his little hands.
The Tailor of Gloucester is a tiny 11cm (sitting) by himself, and 17cm when sitting on his wooden Spool. He weighs a tiny 110 grams, and is ABDOLUTELY DELIGHTFULLY PETITE!
The Tailor of Gloucester has been 100% HANDMADE with LOVE
